Everyone who enjoys birds,
This morning from 9-12 am I saw 36 species of birds in Difficult Run
Stream Valley Park; the highlights were two LINCOLN'S SPARROWS and one
WILSON'S SNIPE. I got two not very good pics of one of the Lincoln's
seen here ( http://www.flickr.com/photos/32293993@N04/4043595713/ ),
both sparrows were in separate areas one being by its self and the
second being in a large flock. The WILSON'S SNIPE was seen flying
over the main wide open flood plain in this park and it showed its
white belly and sandpiper shape quite nicely. Also of interest was my
FOS (first of season) Field Sparrow and many Yellow-rumped Warblers.
Complete list attached.
Hope you got outside today,
