Yesterday, I stopped at the CBBT Visitor Overlook at the north end of the
bridge tunnel. There were two Wilson's Storm Petrels apparently feeding on
something partially submerged in the water back near Fishermans Island. I
digiscoped some rather hazy, distant photos but two black birds with white
rumps are visible in them. I think it is possible that the birds may still be
in that area today as I saw one two days in a row a week or so ago closer to
the mouth of the bay.
