Robert Hindle and I found a small flock of Pine Siskins, feeding in pine and
buttonwood trees alongside American Goldfinches, at Wakefield (County) Park,
Fairfax County, this morning. Other birds of note were a pair of Red-breasted
Nuthatches (also very unusual in this location), a Yellow-bellied Sapsucker
and a large flock of Cedar Waxwings.
