This morning, at Bryan Park in Richmond, I heard a bird calling
TOO-kee-TOO-kee-TOO-kee, pause, then repeat, a couple of times. It was in
the woods. I never saw it but it was loud enough to hear from a distance.
Each part of the call was short and clear. I've listened to the calls of
all the warblers that come through here and the closest I've come to it is
the end of a Connecticut' Warbler's. It was at about the pitch level of a
Carolina Wren (though I've never heard a wren sound like this) Any
thoughts?
