[Va-bird] early Common Goldeneye - Loudoun County

Based on eBird records, looks like we had a fairly early Common Goldeneye
today at the Creighton Road Pond for Loudoun County.

Also at the pond and some of the other Ashburn ponds, we saw Ruddy Ducks,
Hooded Mergansers, Mallards and of course Canada Geese.
