I know there use to be a number of bird breeding game farms/hunting preserves
in the Spotsylvania area. There is one in Louisa Co., Partlow in Spotsylvania
Co. and several in Orange, Culpepper, Fauquier, and Stafford Cos. The last I
spoke with all of the breeders I could find in Virginia, two years ago, they
all raised a variety of native and exotic upland game birds. Some raised
fairly large numbers of birds too.
And speaking of counties was there any verification of those Fauquier and
Fairfax Ferruginous Falconiformes from this past winter?
