Here's a couple of Lynn's photos of the white-tailed Common Grackle. We found
on-line descriptions of this exact same variation (i.e. two all-white tail
feathers on a Grackle) - apparently leucistic plumage occurs more often among
Icterids than some other families.

Earlier today there was a flock of 30 Grackles. We rarely see any here, and
30 is solidly a migrating flock. One leucistic bird had an all-white tail;
we'll post photos eventually.
