I too had a Parakeet come or I shold say return to my feeder
yesterday. It first appeared in May, see photo

It has a band so I'd love to catch it, any tips would be helpful. It
returned last night hungry and I sat out a feeding cup of food from a
bird house I bought. It hopped right the feeding cup.
I live in the Kingstowne area.
