VA folks,
I'm sorry for the off-topic post, but everyone here has been such a great
resource in the past. I have the occasion to visit Cape Town, South
Africa this coming end-of-Feb-2007. I'm trying to do research for short
(2-3 day) birding tours in the area. Does anyone out there have any
experience there or recommendations (or just advice!) which they could
share with me? If so, please email me off list at grebe at talking-dog
dot com.
In VA bird news, on this morning's dog walk I spotted a low-sitting
suburban RED TAILED HAWK being bothered by CROWS. The crows were
particularly beautiful this morning - almost all of them were blue-er than
I'd ever seen them before. Must've been the early morning sun and the 20
degree weather. :)
