[Va-bird] possible injured hawk, maybe Red-shouldered

A friend in north Stafford County is worried about an injured hawk in the
neighborhood yards right now. She's called animal control & the game warden
and was told no one was available. I'm in the Northern Neck. Any
suggestions?
