[va-bird] quick yard report--Red-breasted Nuthatches--western Albemarle

I've been trying for weeks to find time to write a full report of my most 
interesting yard happenings, but haven't managed to do it.  However, I did 
want to report 4(!) Red-breasted Nuthatches in my trees, "talking" up a storm 
for the past week.  I believe they are behaving as if they are a family.  
This is the second earliest sighting of this species in my 34-plus years living 
here.
