Hello all
This morning Penny Warren & I along with a couple from Maine birded around
Augusta County . At the Boy Scout Camp we ran across Tree & Rough - winged
Swallow & near McCormicks Mill we had Tree & Barn Swallow . Near Stuarts Draft
at the public fishing lake we had one DC Cormrant , & one Bonaparte's Gull. We
had small pockets of migrating water fowl of Ring - necked Duck , Shoveler ,
Greater Scaup , & Coot .
After I dropped every one off i went on Bells Lane where at most of the ponds
were empty of water fowl but the big suprise was when I turned in the lane that
goes to the farm managers house the old gate was CLOSE & I did not cross it . I
have to find out what it is all about ?????? Ever since the owner died last
spring . I could see changes in ways things were being done by his son . This
is new because I birded in there this past Thursday .
