Hi,
Join me for a late summer bird walk at Sky Meadows SP on Sunday Aug. 5. We'll
meet near the Visitor Center at 9am. We'll be on the lawn as well as dirt
trails in both flat and hilly areas. This 1 1/2 to 2 mile walk will be in
woods and field habitat and is expected to last at least two hours. We'll look
for birds such as woodpeckers including Red-headed, Barn Swallow, Blue
Grosbeak, Indigo Bunting, Eastern Meadowlark and Turkey Vulture. Bring
binoculars and water.
