[Va-bird] [va-bird] Broad-winged Hawk -Springfield-Burke

Just had an imm. Broad-winged Hawk soar over our neighborhood at 5:45 PM. While 
it doesn't compare with the the numbers seen at the various hawk watches, it is 
only the second I've seen from our neighborhood (~ 2 mi. east of South Run 
Park).
