I spent a fairly birdy morning at South Run Valley Stream Park from South Run
Rec Center to Lee Chapel Rd. and on the power line cut up to the dog park (near
Fairfax Co. Prkwy.) I found 13 species of warblers, and 53 species overall.
One highlight was a Red-shouldered Hawk on a log by the stream eating a frog.
