Please if it'sa Microsoft Word document or a plain text document then either just attach it to the email and send directly to the group here or else copy and paste the text into an email and send into the list. Sometimes people aren't either familiar with how dropbox works or for whatever other reason can't seem to get a file to download from it so please in the case of text documents use the preferred methods above.
