Hi.
When you press control N for a new message, have you tried shift tabbing
to see if there is a BCC option? As for the auto complete addresses not
working, outlook stores them in a separate file and in short doesn't
acknowledge or import them to the file when you import your addresses.
You have to use a program called NK2edit to import the addresses across
to the auto complete file. its an extremely stupid flaw in outlook and
one of the reasons I always try wherever possible to switch my
clients/customers across to thunderbird. its a lot better. If you'd like
a hand remotely to import your contacts to the auto complete file,
please don't hesitate to drop me a note off list.
