Hi Roslyn!
Had mysterious freeze issues with my computer two or three years back.
Turned out the inside of my PC was clogged with fluff and dust. Try
opening yours up and giving it a good spring cleaning. Give special
attention to the blades of the fan. And don't forget the vents! If
you can't manage it on your own, ask a sighted friend to help. It's
well worth the bother. Good luck!
