Hi Joan,

Olympus produce a range of recording devices.
Some are specifically designed for those who are visually impaired or
blind.

There is a podcast at the below link which details the available products.

Its only from memory, and I could be incorrect, but I think the most
accessible device is the DM7.
However, there are much more cost effective products in the range, and they
are mentioned in the podcast.
