Eleanor,

In your recounting of the story of the blind man you'd heard about with Windows problems, you mentioned that he had updated AVG and then experienced the problems. Can you be sure that an AVG update is not culpable in your case? Can you do a System Restore to a point in time before your present problems began?

Subject: [vip_students] Explorer.exe Crash

Hi
I posted to the list earlier today about problems with my computer. I thought it might be a Supernova problem so contacted Dolphin Tech Support. I was informed that it is not Supernova related problem but is a problem within Windows and that Explorer.exe is crashing. Anyone got any ideas what I should do other than taking the computer to a computer store? Thanks in advance.

Eleanor
