Hi all
While at work the other day I needed to access my personal email so went to the eircom website and accessed it with no difficulty. That evening on my home PC I tried to re-enter my emails through eircom to retrieve the email I needed but could not access it. I emailed eircom technical support and they replied with the message below.
I'm just a little curious as I did a total disc cleanup the previous day. Should this have not deleted my cookies and cleared my memory cache.

In regards to your query, you need to clear the memory cache on your PC.
Open an internet page, on the top left hand side of the page click on
'tools' --> 'Internet options' and on the 'general' tab delete cookies
and temp internet files. Go to the 'content' tab, click on 'clear SSL
state'. Close down that window and restart your PC. That should resolve
your issue.
