Hi Joanann,
Thanks for prompt reply and I did all of that and it was just at the very end that I was asked to download a file in order to complete the registration. At that stage I did not go ahead as I was not sure why I was being asked to do this. However, I will go back over the registration again, making sure I am on the correct link and see what happens.
Kind regards,
Noreen

Hi Noreen and all
It is quite confusing to register on the
www.unison.ie
website as there are 2 "register" links. One is to register for an e-mail address and the other, which is the one you want Noreen, is the one to register for access to the newspaper.
When you go into Unison, if you press insert and f7 and press R, you will come to a link that says Register here (FREE. If you enter on this link, you will be able to fill out the form and then, a password will be sent to you which will allow you to log into the Unison site.
Just a note: when you are logging in, you will have a form asking you for your e-mail address and password. There is a box under this which says "remember me" and if you check this box, you won't have to log in to Unison the next time you want to access it.

I hope this makes sense.

Joan Ann.

Hi there,
I am resending this mail because I forgot to delete the old Smart group address from address book when I inserted the new one and the original mail went to the wrong address.

Hi Jimmy, Paul or whoever can answer:
In order to access the Irish Independent, one has to register, which is fine, but when one comes to the last part of this procedure , one is requested to download a small programme for a new e-mail address, I think. However, when I came to this part I did not go any further as I wondered would this interfere with my present e-mail address. Hoping somebody can explain what this last part of the registration process is about.
