Hi Irene,

If you just want a quick way of sending an email to just a few people on a
once off situation then just add each person or their email address into the
"Too field" separated by "semi Kolins" and then send in the usual way.
However I wrote up a tutorial below if you would like to make a proper
distribution list for some reason.
[Creating a distribution List in outlook 2007]

1. While in the inbox of your Microsoft Outlook, press keys, "control +
Shift + B" to open up the Outlook address book.

2. Press "alt +F" for file and enter on new contact.

3. Here you will have two choices;
*. New contact.
*. New distribution list, which is the same as a group email.
Press the down arrow to go to "new distribution list".

4. Now press tab once and if jaws happens not to read this checkbox for you
it includes as follows;
*. Put this group into the message.
*. put this group into the contacts list (checked)
Note that the checkbox will be checked on add the new group into your
contacts list which is what you will need to do if you ever want to use this
list again.

5. Now tab till you come to the OK button and press spacebar.

6. Now you will be asked for the Name of your group. You can call it
anything you like, its your choice.

7. Tab once and it will be set on "members List" which is a list box that
you can move jup or down through. We just want to leave it at its default of
member list.

8. Now its time to add people to the group. For this task I will add people from my existing list of contacts and to do this I need to route jaws to PC,
#"Insert + minus key" on the number pad of my desktop computer, The
keystroke for this routing of jaws cursor to PC will be different on a
laptop.

9. Now I will press number pad "9" to move to the top of the current
dialogue in the outlook program and then use keys, "control + number pad 6
and 4 to move right or left respectively in order to locate a button called
"select". Now I left click on this button using the number pad "slash key"
which is the left mouse button in jaws on a desktop keyboard.
Note: This will throw me into my existing list of contacts and allow me to
select people from that list to add to my distribution group.

10. In order to add people from my existing list of contacts, I now tab over
to the list of contacts and here arrow up or down to the name of each
person in that list. When I come to that person I wish to add to the group I
tab once to a button called "members-greater button" I hit the spacebar on
this button to add that person.

11. Now to add another I just shift + tab back to my contacts list and arrow down to another person then tab once and again press the spacebar to add him
or her to my list.

12. Once all this has been done and I have finished choosing members, I tab
to the OK button and press the spacebar.

13. Now I will be placed back in the previous dialogue box which contained
the name I gave my list.Along with the name of my list I now have a members list containing the names of all the people I want to have in my group list. It only remains for me now to complete and save my group list by left mouse
clicking on the "close button". Just route jaws to PC as we did earlier in
this tutorial, press the number pad "9" to go to the top of the current
dialogue page. Use "control + numpad 6 or 4" to move right or left until you
come to the "close button" and then use the number pad "slash key" to left
click on it.
Note: At this point you will be returned to your normal outlook list of
contacts. You can now check to see if your distribution group list is in
with all the other contacts by just arrow down till you come to the name
which you called the list. In my case I called mylist "Pauls List" so I just
arrowed down to locate this name in my contacts and it was there complete
with group members.

Tip: If you would like to check to make sure that your new group list
contains the members you added, just arrow to it and press application key.
Now arrow down to "properties" and press enter key. This will open up the
list for you and in here you can see all of the people contained within the
group.
