Hi All,
I am writing you today asking for your help in completing for me a survey
which is to try in some way to ascertain the usefulness of this list and to
also try and determine how much many of you have progressed in your
knowledge of I.T as participants of the list. It would be very much
appreciated by myself and my boss if you would take the time to look over
the survey and answer the questions on it.
Please if you decide to complete it "Do not send it to the VIP Students
List" send it to me directly.

Survey of your technology learning needs
In order to provide the best technology support service, I want to know what
you want to learn. So I have prepared a short survey for you to complete.
Please answer the following 6 questions and email your answers back to me at
support@xxxxxxx.
(Do not email your answers directly to the email list)
1. Why do you use technologies in your day-to-day life?
Insert the word yes to one or more of the following five reasons enclosed
in brackets at the end of the answer that most suits your situation.
A. I depend on technology for work.
B. I want to improve my overall technology ability so I can get employment.
C. I need technology to help further my education.
D. I use technology for entertainment and/or as a hobby.

2. What single thing would you most like to learn to do or get better at
doing with technology?

3. In respect of each of the following activities, what level do you
consider yourself to be at now, compared with where you would like to be?
Please estimate a rough percentage between 0 and 100% for each of the

J. Using tablets such as the iPad, Android tablets or Windows Slate (0 to
100%).
K. Special hardware devices such as the Victor Stream Reader, Plextalk or
Braille devices (0 to 100%).
4. Are there any other things you would like to learn more about?
