Hi Tom!
Paul means the Insert key on the numeric keypad. It's the wide key on
the bottom left with a zero on it. Make sure Num Lock is off before
using it, otherwise it won't work.
There's a second Insert key at the top left of the extended keypad.
The extended keypad is the cluster of six keys above the arrow keys.
Lastly, if you're using a laptop, the JAWS key will be the Caps Lock
key by default.
