Or, use the FN key in conjunction with those keys.

One keystroke you might try, Shane, on a per session basis, that I know works on one model of Lenovo, is the F8 key. Pressing that may temporarily disable the FN settings, so that then, the JAWS keys function as they normally would for the duration or until the next computer restart.

Hi Shane,

I'm guessing, but it sounds like your laptop is using F6 and F7 for
other things.  You may have to change a setting in the BIOS.  And that
will require sighted assistance.
