Sorry Tony do not know what has upset you. I convert nunerous manuals in the
course of my study and did spend time off lists yesterday trying to assist you
with this conversion to an alternative format other than pdf. My reply to your
question on this list this morning was again in the spirit of help. I had also
understood you to say that you were now out of the thread. If I can assist on
or off list then please do ask.

I saw three hundred plus mails this morning
and had to respond to many of them.
reading manuals isn't such a bad idea with support from lists and friends
too of course.
Perhaps try reading a manual yourself sometime Eleanor and you'd never know!

Yes. You usually hear the percentage as it translates and finally as Flor

Evening,
A friend sent me a long PDF to convert, (some friend, smile) so my question
is will Kurzweil announce when the document has been converted.
I don't want to close out of the scanning programme while it's doing it's
work.
Appears to be converting well using Adobe 11 with it.
