[vip_students] Laptop screen orientation!

Hi Vincent,
Try this assuming you have Windows 7 or 8;
1. Go onto the Windows desktop and make sure that nothing is
pre-selected.
2. Press the application key or Shift + F10.
3. Up arrow to Personalise and press the enter key.
4. Now tab over till you come to "Display" and press the enter key.
5. Now tab over to "Resolution" and press the enter key.
6. Tab around in resolution and see if there is a small listbox with
the different orientation for your monitor in it, if this list doesn't exist
in resolution then tab to "Advanced options" and when in advanced options
press keys "Control + tab" till you get to the "Monitor page".
7. In here tab around and you should find the list of different
orientations available for the laptop monitor, use arrow keys to set it to
"Landscape".
8. Tab to the OK and press spacebar then tab to OK again and press the
spacebar.
9. Use alt + F4" to close out to the desktop and it should be done.

hi folks
not a problem for me as such as i cant see it but when looking for help it
is. my laptop screen view is changed from portrait to landscape. don't know
how this happened and i cant see how to change it back does anyone have any
ideas. many thanks.
