Hi Susan,

There's not a lot out there apart from Malwarebytes that is or was accessible.
I would say for now just be careful of what you download and run the "CCleaner"
software regularily until we find another more accessible malware removal
software package.

Paul.

Hi Susan,

Malwarebytes version 2.0 is no longer accessible which is what your problem
is. Some blind folk are lobbying the makers of Malwarebytes about this issue
so we will have to see what happens.

Paul.

it asked me if i wanted to update it and i did but for some reason it won't
work now. do you remember i went to the processes page and there was 57 went
i kept checking it and it kept creping up till last night it was at 65, now
it is down to 61. what is all that about?
will performing all this checking for viruses and that get rid of the
cookies also?
