[vip_students] Message on C5 Attempting to go On Line

Hi folk,
Can't remember the exact message but every so often I get it saying
something about access point as if it is trying to get me on line which
I don't want at all.
It started when I tried texting a friend with a link!
Anyone know a way to stop my C5 from trying to get me on line so
consewquently stopping that annoying message?
BTW, I did try a number of 'cancelling' methods but no joy.
