Hi Mary,
Had a look for something I had written up on opening attachments in outlook
express but could find nothing. However I am writing up here what you need
to do for to accomplish this.
1. While in the inbox of outlook express arrow to the email with the
attachment and press the enter key.
2. Press "jaws key which is the insert key on the bottom left corner of your
number pad on a desktop keyboard and is the caps lock key on a laptop
keyboard. While holding this key down press the letter "A" to bring up the
list of available attachments.
3. Press the arrow keys to move around the list of attachments till you find
the one you want and press the enter key on it to open that attachment.
5. You may be presented with the option to either open the item or save to
disk. Just press the up or down arrows and hit enter key to make your
choice of what you wish to do.
