To the best of my knowledge, information and belief, Samsung have yet to deliver on their ideology, though there may be limited marketing demand and/ or technological reasons for this. As Braille users may know, there are a few ultra-expensive devces which, when connected to a mobile phone via bluetooth, enable users to read text messages in what I afectionately call Louis's code. I've got one myself, a BrailleConnect 12, as per its number of cells, a nifty thing.
