[vip_students] Problem with Nokia N82

Hi everyone
I have a bit of a strange question.
I have a nokia N82 and don’t know how to take calls when somebody is calling me
or how to end them. I think I saw the green symbol at the third key from above
on the right but nothing happens when I press it.
I hope it is a N82, at least it looks like the picture I found online.
I also don’t know where to view the missed calls to call whoever it is back.
Now the phone says every 5 minutes that I’ve a missed call and I can’t stop it.
I searched the menu but couldn’t find it.
It’s not my phone so I don’t want to change around the settings I just want to
see my missed call.
