What kind of 'reset' did she have to do? Or do you mean, a simple restart?

A good friend of mine updated her iphone 6 and has experience somr issues
regarding voiceover. When buying an App and typing in her password, her
music came on and she couldn't get it to stop playing, after trying
everything else she had to reset her phone, has anyone had this problem
since updating?.
