if turning The voice off does not work. check to see what you're
accessibility shortcut is set to.
to do this go to settings then you go to general . then go to accessibility.
at the bottom of this list you will find which accessibility shortcut your
phone is set for.
if it is not set for voice-over thing you know what your problem was.
if neither of these ideas work get back onto us
