Hi Gary,

Look for an app called "voice actions" apparently it is a good alternative
to SIRI for the IPhone 4.
Maybe the best virtual assistant in the world!

Talk to your phone or computer. Ask it to:
Voicedial your contacts
Set alarms and reminders
Get navigation, public transport and traffic info!
Dictate emails by voice!
Get news, facts and translations
Search images, videos, apps and places
and much more...
 

Requirements:Compatible with iPhone, iPad and iPod touch.
Requires iOS 4.0, Android or Mac OS X 10.6. Good WiFi, Edge, or 3G network
connection recommended.
