[vip_students] Re sound

Good morning guys.
Last night I was watching the rte olayer on my iPad and the sound of the
speaker seemed crackle, this morning I have no sound and had checked the sound
menu but can't find anything to restore sound. I am using iOS 7.1, advice
needed please.
