Hi Susan & Paul,
For reminders, memos etc. I use the Voice Mate and also my mobile. I find the Voice Mate just great but unfortunately, Breda, NCBI Shop tells me that the Voice Mate has been discontinued and the replacement is not as good and also bigger which is a disadvantage for carrying around.

Subject: [vip_students] Reminder program!

Hi Susan,

I suppose this is one of the reasons I use "Microsoft Outlook". It has a
built in appointments calendar, you can set up alarms and works pretty
nicely with jaws. Note that Microsoft outlook is different than Outlook
Express but the only major differences between the two email programs is
that Microsoft Outlook has more features such as I described. I have also
taken to using my mobile phone recently for reminders so you might want to look at that but maybe other people on this list will come forward and give
us their thoughts on what they use.

Paul.
