Hi Pauline,
You should check that you have all the most recent updates for your
version
of Windows. If its XP then open the start menu and choose "Windows
Updates"
from the choices. It will go onto the internet and prompt you if
there are
updates to be taken down which you should do, all of them that is
available
then restart your PC and see what happens.

Can you check the date and time of your computers clock. If using
jaws
press keys, "Insert + F12" once for the time and "Insert + F12"
twice
quickly for the date. Let us know if they are both set correctly.
