Thought of that and had tried it with same results.

With thanks,

pauline,

Another alternative you have is to use Firefox. www.mozillafirefox.com - and, it's free! (it's pretty up to date.) JAWS8 may sometimes be the fly in the ointment here, too: but sure, what else can you do?

Hi Pauline,

Flor is correct if you have only got IE7 and Jaws 8 then you are in a bit of a problem. Truthfully your best bet is to update jaws and then update your browser to IE8. Soon there will be no choice as a lot of content will no
longer work in IE7.

Paul.

Hi Pauline,

You should check that you have all the most recent updates for your
version
of Windows. If its XP then open the start menu and choose "Windows
Updates"
from the choices. It will go onto the internet and prompt you if there are
updates to be taken down which you should do, all of them that is
available
then restart your PC and see what happens.

Paul.

Hi Pauline,

Can you check the date and time of your computers clock. If using jaws press keys, "Insert + F12" once for the time and "Insert + F12" twice
quickly for the date. Let us know if they are both set correctly.

Paul.

Having a problem. When I try to download from Ninite.com I am told that
route certificates need to be updated.

Am running Windows Exp, Jaws 8 and Ie.7

With thanks
