Hi Mary,

If I am trying to retrieve an image from a web page, I firstly create a
folder in my documents and then save the web page into it. Then when I go
into the newly created folder there is generally a subfolder with the name
of the web page with "_files" added to the name and if you go into this
subfolder there are files with the image extension e.g jpg, gif, jif and so
you maybe able to retrieve your image in this way.

Try this and maybe someone else may have some other idea on this.

Best wishes,

Loretta
