Hi Mary,
Open the message with the attachment and move to the first line of the message.
Press shift + tab and you should hear the manes of the attachment, usually
after firstly hearing "message.....".
Highlight the name of the attachment you want and press return. This will open
the attachment.
To save the attachment:
With the message closed press left alt and the ribbons will open.
This usually opens on the "home" tab. Cursor to the left and hear
"File".Downarrow to save attachment
Press return and follow the prompts.
