[vip_students] Selecting an image!

Hi Vincent,

Just looking over some personal stuff here and saw your query about how to
select an image. Not sure what exactly you wish to select but if it were
something like a standard photograph and then you wanted to resize it I
always use a little freeware  imaging software package called "Irfanview". I
find this software very keyboard friendly and have used it often for
resizing  images.  Here is the direct download link to taking down the file
whic you can then choose to install afterwards.
