Hi Susan
Below are the instructions.  I have just gone through the process myself as I 
wrote the instructions and they work just fine.  

To Import a DAISY book on to C5 do the following

  1.. Put the DAISY CD in to your computer.
  2.. Go to My Computer.
  3.. Arrow to DVD Drive and you should hear the name of your book.  If RNIB 
DAISY this will be a number.
  4.. Ctrl plus C to copy or go to Edit and arrow down to Copy.
  5.. Plug your phone which is on in to your USB drive on your computer and 
ensure that it is also connected to the phone.
  6.. A Window should open saying what do you want windows to do and you have a 
choice, arrow down to Open Folder to View Files.
  7.. You should now be in your phones memory card.  If you want to check you 
are in the correct place then arrow down through the files that you know are 
already there and if Jaws speaks them then you know you are in the correct 
place.
  8.. Now Ctrl plus V to paste your DAISY book.  I use Supernova and as it is 
copying I am told how many minutes and/;or seconds are remaining.
  9.. Once copied over, unplug your phone from your computer and if you like 
take out the USB cable that is plugged in to the top of your phone.
  10.. On your phone go to Menu and arrow to Applications and select.
  11.. Now go to Installations and arrow down to dtogo and select it.
If you have removed the other DAISY book then Talks will say  You have no books 
in bookshelf.  Would you like to add books.  Soft key one for yes.

Now select memory.

Arrow down to phone memory and select.

Arrow to your DAISY book and select it.  You are asked if you want to Add

When I selected it, Talks says loading, then I am in the list of chapters in 
the book.
