Hi Eleanor,
Yes, but system restores depend on how far back they go and generally I have
found that if this problem has been going on for a while then there are
probably no system restores back far enough to cover it. Also one needs
sighted help for doing this in Windows XP.

How about Susan doing a System Restore also remembering back to when it
worked OK, say if she can recall the dates just after her son-in-law got it
all up and running for her.
