[vip_students] Trying to Find an MP3 File

Morning all,
Well I downloadedd an audio file and it apparently went in to a temporary
folder.
I tried to find it using start key and F but no luck .
How can I find this file without doing a find?
I suppose if the worst comes to the worst I can try download again and see that
it goes in to my documents if possible.
