Hi Mairead,
Did you try the form with Window-Eyes? Might be worth a try... Or
else you could install Dropbox, OneDrive, or similar on your iPhone as
well as your PC. Drag a copy of your CV into the Dropbox folder on
your PC and it will automagically appear in the Dropbox app on your
phone. Fill in the form using your phone and attach the CV from your
phone's Dropbox folder.
