Hi Arpit,

Usually all such software as anti virus and internet security solutions
install an icon in the system tray. If you are using the jaws screen reader
then you could try doing the following in order to access the controls of
the Caspersky system;

1. While on the desktop, press keys "insert + F11".

2. A list of system tray icons will pop up, now just arrow down through this
list till you come to one that calls itself something like the name of your
anti virus software.

3. While on this icon, press the tab key once till jaws says "right mouse
click"

4. Press the enter key and a list of options relating to your anti virus
software will pop up which may contain tasks you wish to perform on that
software.

Hope this will help you some.

Paul.

Subject: [vip_students] Using Jaws with Kaspersky

Hello list members!

I need help regarding using Jaws 9 with Kaspersky internet security 7 as I
am not able to perform simplest of tasks like scanning or deleting
detections without taking sighted assistance. Please help resolve this
issue. I tried tabbing through the buttons but of no use. I am just able to
use Jaws for knowing whats going on Kaspersky window by Insert + B command
and nothing.

Thank you for help in advance

Regards
