Hi Tom, 1. When in Skype go into the tools menu then options. 2. press the "Down arrow once". 3. Now tab over through the audio controls and in the first edit box make sure the headset with microphone is selected. 4. Tab over a couple of more times and here in this combo box, arrow up or down to ensure that you select your headset. Note: There is one more combo box where it says ring out on, leave this using the PC sound card as it has to ring out on your speakers for you to hear a potential call coming in. 5. Tab over to "Save" and press spacebar, you should be done now.
