The voices did get an upgrade in ios 9 im not happy with them the ios 8 voices
were clearer

to stick with it. you should also get the options for the siri voices on the
4S as i got them on my 4s when i brought down the download to check it out.

I use Moyra and find her the clearest, but I've enhanced the quality and she
sounds basier now, and I notice that when I enhance her voice and don't go
to another voice, and then back to my default one again, it actually
pronounces the contact names that she pronounces incorrectly, correctly, but
then the voice isn't as clear though!
