Hi. At that distance, you do not need a wireless extender, it'll make your
connection worse. You need to change your wireless channel to either 1, 5, 9,
or 13 for better reception. Try entering either 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1 in
to the address bar of your web browser. Do not enter it in to the search box on
google but directly in to the address bar. That brings up the settings page for
your virgin hub. Follow on screen instructions to change your channel. If you
